The Tibetan monk diet that will save you money and help you lose weight

by Julia Watermouth

In a remote monastery in the Himalayas, a group of Tibetan monks are taking recycling to an extreme. They have decided that they want to be as self-sufficient as possible, and they believe that eating their own poop is the best way to do that.

The monks started by collecting their own poop in a special container. They would then take the poop to a nearby compost pile, where the sun would harden it to just the right firmness.

At first, the monks were disgusted by the idea of eating their own poop but they soon realized that it was not as bad as they thought. In fact, they found that it was actually quite delicious.

They continued to eat their own poop for many years. There were subtle changes in the taste over time but they became healthier and stronger than ever before. It should also be noted that they saved a lot of money on food. Since the poop would get smaller after each bowel movement, occasionally they would need to get a fresh batch from local villagers but this was only necessary about once a month.

One day, a group of scientists came to the monastery to study the monks. The scientists were amazed by their health and longevity and intrigued by their diet.

They conducted a series of tests on the monks’ poop and found that it was full of nutrients that were essential for human health. The scientists also found that the poop was free of harmful bacteria.

It was the consensus of the group that the monks were on to something. They believed that eating poop could be a viable way to improve human health.

The scientists’ findings were met with mixed reactions. Some people were horrified by the idea of eating poop. Others were intrigued by the possibility of a new health trend.

Only time will tell if eating poop will become a mainstream practice but one thing is for sure: the Tibetan monks who ate their own poop might be way ahead of their time.
